Competition

I am 3 or four weeks into a 2 month long competition to see who can lose the most weight. And I am failing :'( I need to be in control, to prove to myself that I can do this.

How much do you weigh now? We have the same stats almost only I'm two inches shorter, so it makes me feel like I need to be less than you, here's my cell: 2396914824 text me. My name is Samiah. I think I sent you an email too

My promise:

I have been failing at my diet, so I decided to do this as a promise to myself.

Rules

1.) Being thin is the most important thing.

2.) Never assume the amount of calories in anything.

3.) Do not eat anything with high fat, carbs, or calories.

4.) Weigh myself every morning to make sure the numbers decline.

5.) Burn off at least 500 calories 6/7 days of the week.

6.) Run indefinitely for 30 minutes with a high heart rate. 30 minutes=300 calories burned+light cardio to burn off 200 more calories.

7.) Hunger is power; I NEED power.

8.) Hunger is just a feeling. I can over come my feelings.

9.) Do not exceed 1000 calories a day, no matter what.

10.) Punish myself if I break any of these rules.
